White Barn Designs is the studio of Shannon Buice: designer, writer, artist, and overall creative thinker.

"Why White Barn?" you might ask. Great question. When Shannon started throwing around the idea of opening a design studio, she knew she wanted a name that would be representative of something bigger than herself and something that could be uniquely tied to her designs. Being originally from the South, a white barn is symbolic for Shannon of beauty, potential, imagination, and simplicity. These are just the type of organic designs that she seeks to create: concepts that feed off of their natural potential and that are infused with a surprising yet simplistic beauty.

Shannon lives with her husband and her puppy dog in Decatur, GA, just outside the city limits of Atlanta.
